You're good, it's a painterly style, but it is good.

This shows a good sense for what areas would sag less during youth, and of course extra weight contributes to everyone's age. The warm skintone insinuates that she's tan which would be more common among younger women. A couple things bother me. I'm only going to mention one because it really bugs me. You removed one head from the tricep and stretched out the bicep where you turned it into one long highlight. That always bugs me, but it's a personal thing.
