There isn't too much edited here.
Good: I like the upped contrast mostly, you did a good job on the arm and the smoothing.

I would remove the toe line on her left foot. There is a distinctive line on her ankles seperating a tonal difference from her legs to her feet, her feet need to be matched in tone to her legs for a more even appearance.

This one is purely opinion but I feel shading on her face is too deep for the scene she is in. It seems too lite outside for her hair to cast such a deep shadow.

Oh yeah also, the people removed in the background is good, but I would also take out the tree or whaever it is that's going straight up through the back of her head.

Maybe add some fill light so her face isn't so dark
