My first retouch

Hi I am very new to photo retouching , have been doing some online tutiorals last couple of days , and have done my first retouch . You can find it here www.photoeffect.co.uk . please let me know what you think

Looks really good (although picture is a little too small to really tell). I may have separately exposed the right (our) side of the hair and addressed the shadow, but overall it looks good.

It's way too small to tell, though it appears you used too much blurring.
