Trying to Learn

I've only recently started taking retouching seriously. I sold my camera to get a film camera (I'm a videographer), so I thought retouching would be a good way to stay involved in photography. I'm very open to critique, so please don't filter your comments.

The after looks good, but the side of her hair has an unnatural quality to it, (the one on her left). The line looks a bit too blurry, I would leave, or pen in a few stray hairs, if you follow some of the hairs, it looks like they should be branching off, cutting them down in that fashion makes it look as if they are somehow wrapping around her head.
