Critique needed

Hi there. This is my first "high end".
Tell me, what you think about it.

Re: Critique needed

It would be nice to see the before shot. My first impression is that the hair is unfinished, and the skin seems over done.

Re: Critique needed

Right...

Here's the "raw" one.

http://s12.postimage.org/9g63v8ahp/DSC4210.jpg

As you can see - it's much to overexpose.
I've tried my best to do something useful whit this shoot.

The skin on the chicks has no texture because of burn :/

I know, that it's not good photo for high end, but as I already said - it's my first attempt to "high end".

I still don't know how extensive should be micro level D&B.
Also don't know how to proper add shadows and highlights :/

I've tried to achieve the "glamour" effect, but I have some problems with this "light pop" (just like on this photo: http://hquero.deviantart.com/art/Alina-269310993).

When I'm using black and white for D&B, I'm getting saturate or desaturate of colors. How to avoid this problem.
And the second thing - how to achieve this "3D effect" (like on that sample photo) - it depend on camera or it's some kind of high definition range?

Many thanks for any oppinions, critiques and advices.

Re: Critique needed

Not a fan of changing features so drastically as in the first of the latest images, but that is a subjective choice, the retouch is not so bad. I would make the hands less magenta to fit in with the face and rest of image.

Re: Critique needed

And how about this one?
Is the skin texture ok?
Or should I practise more?
