At this resolution, it looks like a great job to me. Wondering though if you were going to transplant the eyes on toothy grin and get rid of the redeye?

Well executed.
Regarding face, do you mean mainly 'eye+nose+mouth'?

This is my second sampling of your handiwork. Perhaps Dr. Frankenstein would be a relative? (LOL)

Sizing, skin tones and masking are supurb.

Could cloning be next?
