The face appears nicely slimmed. I find though that too much attention is drawn to the dark undergarments.

Cheers
Dave

The good news is the selection of the girl against her original background is quite good, however the trick - if you're going to remove her and place her against a completely different background - is to choose a background colour that is close to the original. Otherwise it will look forced. The lips are also well done.
The bad news is the rest is a mess. The choice of colours & textures are poor, especially in the background. Whatever you did to get that background - something like eye candy - should be thrown out and never revisited unless you need to match some kind of unusual texture.
The whites of her eyes are too white. Eyes need to look almost watery, with a mix of shades of light grays and shadows. Her eyes are now unnaturally opaque. The colour & size of her eyes are also wrong. The dark make-up around her eyes is too thick and her eyes are too big. The resemblance is gone.
The picture is basically overdone. You've tried to get too much out of it.
Study the ads in good fashion magazines. You might find some good ideas there.

The background is made by myself, no cut 'n' paste. I marked the bakground and using effects of distortion and colorizing made it..

I'm very happy that you gave me your opinions - but like I said, I'm not very sure about this one...

Hi djdk, as Mig has already said, the image was overdone. My opinion is that contast is way over the top, the selection of hair on the RHS is not too good, but worst of all is the background. It distracts totally from what should be the main focus of the picture. The girl looks like she is close to the background, yet the background is blurred as if out of focus, this causes the whole image to look unnatural. But keep trying, its the best way to learn, and there are plenty of people on this site who can help you. Look at some of the other members work, and learn from their techniques.
