looks good. I would get rid of the blown out area at the top and make it match the rest of the picture. The the color at the bottom of the dress has some white areas too. Maybe make an oval fade.

Restored Sepia looks a little pink, so sampled original, and applied as a colour layer. Also added eliptical vignette and white border.

Good job. You should try to leave more details in the face. Namely the shadows of the bottom lip and chin. The face begins to flatten out otherwise.
