Re: for immunohistochemistry I'm not familiar with that application. But this is likely a good starting point. http://www.mediacy.com/pdfs/colocfluorprobes.pdf

Re: for immunohistochemistry If you are working in Windows you might consider the "Color Deconvolution Plug-in" <click It takes some getting used to but does excellent color separation type stuff... Look at some samples HERE For a small donation it might help!

Re: for immunohistochemistry ImageJ was designed for analyses just like yours. It's free and works in both OS X and Windows. Don't ask me how to use it, though - I've barely scratched its surface.

Re: for immunohistochemistry Hi, We have Image Pro plus too and it's a very powerful program that should be able to do this. I suppose the color deconvolution plug-in would work nicely too. I have used paint shop pro to select different colors for measuring using the different color channels. You can change the image from RGB (red-green-blue colors) to CMYK(cyan-magenta-yellow-black colors) and get different information that way. In Paint Shop pro you can export those different channels as different grayscale images, this should be possible in IP and PS gina
