newbie

Hi-

I am a new member and would like some advice on the retouching field. I am just returning to the workforce after 12 years of raising my family. I am a recent grad with a degree in Art with only one semester of Photoshop and would like to enter the retouching field. How and what can I do to in order to enter this field?
