how to upload to my own gallery

I am a sort of newbie. I was active on the site in 2006 and had some pictures of mine posted. but I can't remember anything about how to upload to my own gallery or challenges into the archives for others to try. I have tons of old old but goodie pics to share. Also can't find any of old pics except Sheris bee hive mom in the gallery is still there. Are there tutorials on how to do these things or someone who can answer for me. Thank you.
