Exclamation Please someone help me

I just recieved a Hyperpen 1200U as a gift and it was fine for a while then for some reason the 1:1 screen ratio isn't working. I sent it back to Aiptek and they fixed one problem It took a month that I waited and I was so disspointed, they have a "Skelenton crew" workering there so it's almost nearly impossible to get ANY help..The drivers didn't helpany either. I don't know why it doesn't "mimic" on screen. I need it to mirror exactly whats on the tablet to on screen. Please help me if you can. Thank you very much for your time.

Hi, Lee,
Some questions to see if anyone can help out.

1) You say "1:1 screen ratio isn't working". Does that mean that some other things are working?

2) When it stopped working, do you remember what you were doing? Did you install some new hardware / software?

3) Are you using Windows XP (SP2)?

4) You say "The drivers didn't help any either.". Does that mean that you downloaded, and installed, the latest driver from the Aiptek site?

5) My hunch is that this is a driver / software problem. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing everything?
