I just wanted to post a quick note on a recent problem that I have had. I am running a Mac G4 Dual Processor computer with OS X 10.3.9.
This holiday season (as I got busier), I noticed that Photoshop was working tremendously slow. It would even pause while using the healing tool, can not tell you how fustrating that is. I started doing research on Mac Speed issues and discovered that the problem was my fault. I have loaded my desktop with Widgets. I checked my Activity Monitor and was astounded to see how much memory and RAM these cool

little programs were taking up. So I just want to send an
FYI to all to be conservative with these programs. Expecially if you like working with large files in Photoshop (200MB files for me

).
