Lost keyboard Shortcut

I appear to have lost a keyboard shortcut. Specifically, selecting the hi-lights in an image. On a Mac, Option+Control+tilde. I looked under keyboard shortcuts, but can find how to return to this feature. Can anyone help?

Thanks KR, but I used to select luminosity by option+command+tilde. What was I doing that I can't do now?

Look in the Tutorial section here in RP, under the Basics there is a tut for Toning black and white images. Part of the procedure is to select the luminosity values by pressing option+command+tilde. That no longer works for me. Is using option+command+1 selecting all the luminosity values?
