resetting Eizo monitors

is it possible to rest a CG241W to the default factory settings?..the consultant that is working with us is having trouble getting a decent calibration and isn't that familiar with our Eizo model..he's using a i1Display 2 with Basiccolor software...

Re: resetting Eizo monitors

I have a ColourEdge CE210W which has a reset option under Screen Manager>Others. Not sure if your model is the same process.

Re: resetting Eizo monitors

You really shouldn't be using any software other than the Eizo ColourNavigator utility on that monitor (or any Eizo monitor).

Go to the Eizo website and download the latest version (I think it's 6.5) of ColourNavigator along with the instructions (it's very easy to use).

I think you may find it difficult to achieve a decent calibration using 3rd party software.

this guy likes Basiccolor as it allows you to access the on board chip that come with the Eizo monitors...

Re: resetting Eizo monitors

Eizo can be adjusted pretty well with a couple of applications, basiccolor being one and Coloreyes Pro the other.
