Bamboo fun pen is not working properly

Hi guys! I have a really urgent question. My pen today went crazy. It's working but like the button is pressed. When you are moving the pen it selects everything. The mouse doesn't do that. does anybody know what might be the problem? Really need an answer. deadline is today for the order and I stuck,

First suggestions - make sure you have updated the DRIVER for your tablet. If you have recently switched to CS4 and are on a PC then many people had driver issues especially with Windows Vista

Probably wont help, but I'd unplug all my USB connections and then reboot the computer. Then reconnect just the tablet and see if it's better. If so then reconnect other items. If in doubt, I always reboot. Cures a lot of ills.

I had to buy a new one. Yes I have wacoom and on PC. Will try to update the driver today or in worse case I have a warranty so it will be replaced.

Hmmm careful. Check this out before you assume that its a technical problem with your tablet…

It may be, but historically physical problems with Wacoms are quite rare…

Mine does this if the pad is to close to my monitor. Usually if I move it away a few inches more the action stabilizes.

Also, if the pen battery is low it starts acting up.

I did it too but didn't help.

I decided to post a question on Wacom forum before updating drivers. Mark is right, can be worse. I actually installed drivers from another wacom tablet (the one I bought today) and it looks like it has the last version of drivers they have on their website.
Will let you know.
