Anyone know Wacom 710 Price for USED?

I'm looking to buy a cheap Wacom tablet, and I bought the bamboo but couldn't get use to it.

Someone in Toronto is selling a Wacom 710 (discontinued Cintiq) for $400. I want to know if it's worth it and if I'll have any problems with it using Photoshop CS4...
