What PC do you use for Photoshop and LR?

PLEASE no PC vs Mac wars! I am just asking what hardware those with PCs use. I am currently building an i7 system and want to compare notes. Thanks.

I use a Sony VGN-AW120J desktop replacement laptop. It works pretty well. (BTW, I also use a Mac. I can tell you that a PC works just fine.)

I built a PC about 3yrs ago running XP, tried to go the dual boot X64 route but could not locate all the drivers. The machine still serves me well, good luck with the build.

I bought my girlfriend an i7 950 quad-core with windows 7 64-bits and lightroom, Photoshop and After Effects runs very, very fast, not so fast as my MacPro, but good, considering it's a PC.

i7 920 (in normal mode)
nVidia GTX 285 (moded)
10 GB DDR3 1600 Corsair

Win 7

I use 64bit for some years and it's the best you can have for Photoshop, mainly because of the RAM for Photoshop.

Going on 5-year old Dell Precision 690, 3 ghz, 2GB RAM, XP, Photoshop CS3. Good enough for me. A little slow reading/writing 1GB+ files, but tolerable.

Old 2 PCs and 2 Mac Book Pro laptops and 1 Mac Mini, i hope later to buy Mac Pro, can't talk about my old PCs specifications because they are old and not worthy to talk about and it is not a complete brand PC, just combos of different brands from processor to monitor.

I7 quad core 920 64 bit cpu
4 bay tower case by nvidia with god only knows how much juice on the power supply (i think it's pulling more than my vacuum cleaner

)
cd/dvd burner/player
more fans than a wind tunnel but whisper quiet

high definition audio card
and i believe it's a 22 inch Acer lcd display.
very fast, very quiet, very efficient, but a bit more than i normally pay for a 'home' computer, but i like it

Mine is about 2 years old.
AMD Quad core 2200mhz processor.
Windows XP .
I think it has 3gb of memory and is using the onboard Nvidia graphics.
My husbands aspire 9300 laptop can run photoshop cs3 and that has vista on and 2gb of memory , onboard nvidia 6300 graphics and I think 1800mhz processor speed.
The g4 mac which has an AGP graphics card can manage photoshop cs3 and is what they use at hubbys workplace but I dont think it is faster than our AMD even though it has stand alone graphics capability.
