Intuos4 ignores Photoshop CS5..please help!

I just installed my new wacom intuos4 on my Vista 64 PC. I downloaded the latest driver from Wacom website and I downloaded and installed Kelby's Intuos4 settings for photoshop and bridge.(Also from the Wacom webpage).
I open the wacom tablet priorities and sure enough all the settings are there.
It works in Bridge, LR 3 and all other applications but not Photoshop CS5.
I can't figure out why.
Here is what happens:
when I open Lightroom the Wacom display and button functions change as they should. Same with Bridge. When I open Photoshop CS5 nothing changes and the buttons and display show the "All Other" settings as if photoshop wasn't even open.

I have installed, reinstalled, restarted etc numerous times. Same every time.

Anyone knows what might be the problem?

Try running the Wacom Preference File Utility (should have installed with the driver) and delete your prefs.
