P4 Query

Anybody running a P4 system? I've just rebuilt my PC and changed camps from Athlon to Pentium 4 and was wondering what other peoples noise levels are like. The P4 has a mighty cpu fan which runs fairly slowly so I'm beginning to suspect the PSU may be the culprit.
