Oh that'd be great if I could comp it, but the boss does care. I get an employee discount but that's about it.

The reason I started working in labs in the 80's was just so I could get a discount! My little photography hobby was EXPENSIVE! But, over the years I've worked for lots of different kinds of labs. Sometimes the discount has been great, but at some labs my employee discount didn't save me a lot. At one (capture) lab we were FORBIDDEN to do any of our own work... Right now it's cheaper for me to carry my digital work on CD to a lower priced lab.

Same computer set-up (home built Pentium II, 400MHz, 512 MB RAM, 16 GB drive), but I upgraded to XP. (really like XP!)

I did get some new toys....I invested in a new scanner (XP didn't like the old one) and a new printer (Epson Perfection 2450 Photo scanner and the Epson Stylus Photo 1280). A thumbs up for the new toys!

I want to upgrade the computer and I am seriously looking at the Pentium 4s with much pentium envy, I aslo really want a CD-RW and a Wacom Tablet. It's nice to want (grin). I just need my lottery ticket to win!

My Photoshop upgrade to 7.0 just arrived last night, so I can't complain too much as I have a new toy to play with!
