First attempt at HDR with single image

After reading all the information in the forum I have attempted my first HDR using one image. I appreciate a true HDR uses multiple exposures (AEB), which I intend to try out soon. I would also like to say thanks and well done for all the valuable information offered by you guys, its been much appreciated!

My work flow:

Created three exposures from the original RAW image in CS3
Used photomatix to create a HDR file and then Tone Map
Cs3 to adjust levels, curves
Selective D&B using 50% grey
Sharpened image using the TLR sharpening kit
Removed noise using Neat Image
Applied Black & White adjustment layer

Below is the original, HDR and mono conversion.

Comments and critique please.

After you post your less than 100K version, you could link to a site that is hosting a larger version.(like imagevenue.com or pixentral.com or photobucket.com)
