Very few titles before , its going to become more mainstream .
Think going mainstream will diminish the form or enhance it further?

every book i have read or seen on the subject are really poorly done. If would surprise me if these are even better. I would love to see more people share there ideas and tips on HDRing

I agree but the CS3 books I have seen even mention HDR have about 2 pages devoted to it and the process. I am hoping these having the title focused on HDR might be better , keeping fingers crossed.
There are 2 other books out that are way into the tech side of HDR , coming more from scholarly white pages , not my thing .

And me, even though i am only a dabbler i love the look, both of hdr and tonemapping ( this I think is the more popular of the two )

As for books i am sworn off them, i buy them look at them, put them on the shelf and forget them, much better learning right here on the forum
