Mendo, I like it very much with exception of the halo around the overhang in the upper right part of the image. My suggestion would be to mask this area since it is kind of a telltale sign of HDR, though that is simply personal opinion. Otherwise, I think it's a great image and very aesthetically pleasing as OlBaldy said. Well done!

if I remember, it was a combo PS and Photomatix Pro.
I just learned that there's a preset HDR download for Lightroom out there somewhere....

what software to get... I don't mind buying one ,but I don't want to get

Have you tried all the demo's i think most of them do them

That may be the best way. I was hoping to get the benefit of your
experience. There are little things and quirks that may not be obvious.
