Hi Frank,
My workflow is pretty much the same each time and its listed in detail on a post I made back in July 2008 under the title of "Industrial HDR's".

Have a read of that and let me know if you have any further questions.

Merry Christmas to you all, and hopefully I'll find some time over the break to capture some more HDR images.
