Smile 1st attempt...

Hello there!

My 1st post and 1st attempt at HDR, used Photomatix and tweaked a bit.

What do you think?

There are many HDR interpretations going around these days. Yours is nice, in that it is right on that threshold of real vs surreal. I prefer it that way or a tad less surreal. It appeals to a larger audience and retains some appeal across generations.

Cheers TommyO. I know what you mean, some subjects lend themselves to the more surreal treatment eg. cars, trucks; whilst others such as landscapes benefit from the realiastic approach. Will keep on experimenting with this one!
