Glad you liked it. Funny how some HDR's work yet others fall flat.

Frank, here's the original. I only use 2 images in my HDR's...the metered and the -2 shot. This is the metered one.

HDR is something I am very interested in, but to be honest, I am afraid

have been shooting 100's of images for nearly 2 years with the intention of trying this but alas ...

Looks good, what software did you use to do hdr?

Software was photomatix using two shots, the -2 and 0 metered one.

I've sort of developed my own process which is a combination of what Ben Wilmore does on his DVD's and what you read in the HDR tutorial found at http://www.stuckincustoms.com
The sky has a certain amount of the -2 shot painted back in with photoshop as well otherwise the colours, clouds and noise goes a bit feral.
