3.0 Upgrade

I purchased the Hidden Power of Photoshop Elements 2.0 and would like to upgrade to the 3.0 tools. I miss curves! Is there any way to do this? I can't find detailed information on the site, but I did see an upgrade mentioned. Thanks,

Karma

Just follow the upgrade link. That's what it is there for!

Actually, Sybex appears to have taken this down. I don't know why as we do have a contract...So, I put it up on my site:

Where is there?

I found a page that says for more information go to another page and on that page there is nothing about an upgrade. I'd love to follow a link, but I've looked and can't--hence here I am in the HELP forums asking for help. I love these tools and recommend them to others. If I missed it, then I did, but I'd like a little more direction than "follow the link"!

Thanks,

Karma

If you click the link in my last message, don't you go to the Sybex web pages? On the right side there is a buy now button.

Zip file won't download.

What is the process when I jave paid via PayPal and the Zip file won't download. I tried several times to get the file to download and eventually explorer crashed. I cannot reload the page from the history file. I have sent a copy of the PayPal receipt to rl@hiddenelements.com and there has been no reply. Can you help?

Sometimes takes a few days for me to answer as I have been out of town and away from the computer for several stints this summer. The instructions for downloading the ZIP file should appear right on the page along with the ZIP file. Sorry if you had trouble with it. For the most part you download like you would from any FTP site. You must use an FTP compatible browser (IE is, so you were OK there).

Glad you've got it now.
