Hidden Power Booster Elements, with Curves

I saw that you have a new download, the Hidden Power Booster Elements, with Curves. It's for Photoshop Elements 4 but there is a sentance which implies that it works with PE 3? What's up?

What does it do differently that the Hidden Power Tools for PE 3 doesn't?

the plugin (http://hiddenelements.com/downloads.html) works with both Elements 3 and Elements 4...I don't think it is as useful for Elements 3 users if they have Hidden Power already. I don't want to tell users to get plugins that they likely don't need. It is, however, currently a suggested power tool for Elements 4, unless i come up with something better (read: cheaper).

Is that more clear?
