Can´t download Power Tools 3

I purchased Hidden Power Tools 3 download via the web. After making the payment via PayPal I was returned to the download site. When I clicked on the download for Windows I got a "ZIP File Corrupted" error message. This was before the download even started. This happened several times. Now I have paid but have no download. I have PSE 3 plus power tools on another computer and it all works fine. I have sent several e-mails to "thebookdoc@aol.com" but have recieved no response.

What do I do now?

Please let me know what your email address is. I am not one to ignore email, and I don't have spam filters, so there must be another problem. If I can find the email in my order database, I can forward the materials.

Thank you for the response. My e-mail is "maripepac@comcast.net". I have, and use, your tools at my location in the US. I also live part time in Spain. I tried to download the tools to my Spain location. I don´t believe this would have caused the problem, but who knows.

I just checked my records and sent the tools. If you receive ZIP errors again, it is likely due to something on your system, like overzealous virus protection, etc. You may have to shut off the virus protection to properly incorporate the files.
