Free Actions in the Actions Player

(Note I have copied this into the using Hidden Tooles forum with some more info)
HI, how do I find out what the free actions do that come with the free actions player, I appreciate they are free and may not have full documentation but I thought I would ask.
Mainly its info on the Channel Mixer, Selective Colour, Shadow and Highlight Mask.
I know there are more but those are the main ones.
