about "mend" purchase

I hope this is an OK place to post this. I couldn't figure where it should go.

I just purchased the mend tool. I followed the link in the forum here. In that 2004 post you mentioned one would receive it by e- within a week, but at the purchase site it said I would be forwarded to an FTP site for download. The latter did not happen.

Is that because I used cc forwarding without creating my own Paypal account? And I assume I'll have it within the week, yes?
