I've known Richard for a few years now and he has always replied (eventually) to questions of this nature. As you speculated, he's probably up to his eyeballs in several projects, including his recent book release, plus putting out fires elsewhere.

I'm confident he will respond to your questions and e-mail as soon as he possibly can. Thanks for your patience in the mean time.

that and every now and again I take a VACATION. I was away this weekend in a place where I was so unbusy i didn't even take out my camera. CAN YOU IMAGINE! No camera, bad internet support...and I am away from a forum that no one uses in a month and SUDDENLY there is a complaint that I'd better answer PROMPTLY.

I am not a corporation, and I have a regular job or few. Taking care of this forum does not pay the bills and neither does selling tools. Especially the free ones (which take time and make nothing). Most people who have anything to do with free tools offer no support...go figure why.

And then I get a question: respond to me two items!. Which? Where? Do I have unlimited time to look for these things? Do I know even what tools are are talking about? Can't you be at least specific if you are making a request?

Understand my time counts too.
