Question Empty Zip Files For PSE4

Earlier this evening I attempted to download and install the free sample of HiddenPower for Photoshop Elements 4.0. I sent in for and received a link from which to download the zip folder from, and I had no problem downloading it.

However, after I unzipped the file, I went on to unzip the "Free_Hidden_Power" folder and the only things inside were the "index.html" file and a file named "Free_Hidden_Power" of an unknown type of 0 KB. I was under the impression that there were supposed to be other files inside of this folder, but just in case I was wrong, I went ahead and tried the manual installation anyway but to no avail.

Is there an issue with the download or am I just missing something?

Thank you very much in advance!

Did you check the troubleshooting portion on the site?

Yeah, I did, and to the best of my knowledge, I did everything correctly with the downloading and installation.

On the site the forums page has a link (http://www.retouchpro.com/forums/hidden-power-support/) and also a direct email link, so you might look there.

Re: Empty Zip Files For PSE4

You are not using a ZIP decoding program that is reading the file correctly. The Troubleshooting has suggestions.
