Power Tools Botched Download.

Hi Richard,

All is not well. Monday two weeks ago I made a $10us ($NZ15.95)donation through paypal. I went to the download page, but I botched the download by downloading the wrong file. By the time I realised I had lost the link and I can't get back to it.

I tried the free rout several times and dispite the promise of an email with the link it has not arrived. I have also tried to contact you by Email directly (at least twice) but todate I have not had a response.

Please send me an Email with the link.

You must have some filters on your email and the email must be getting sent to your spam collection. Have a look there. Going the free route should work. If you can't find it please send me an email @ thebookdoc@aol.com with Hidden Power as the Subject.

So far so good. There was no sign of it anywhere on my computer, but your mention of filters reminded me that my ISP also filters spam before I even see it. All emails were sitting in the ISP spam folder. Getting them out was not so easy as I lost them (once again), however going the free rout worked nicely. I now have the link and I will let you know how I get on.
