Can't Get Download Link for PSE7 Free Pack

I have the Hidden Power Tools for Elements 4 which came with your Elements 4 book which I purchased some time ago. I have now upgraded to Elements 7. I went to your web site and have been patiently waiting for 4 or 5 hours to be sent a link where I can download the 10 Effects Free pack for Elements 7, but have as of yet received no link via e-mail. How long does it generally take to receive a download link?

I should probably add a heads-up to the download pages so people check spam folders. Thanks for sticking with it.
