Color Range Selection

Richard I note that in your introduction to Hidden Power for Photoshop Elements 7 you say "...and some ambitious new materials that get deeper into masking and isolation as well. "

Does this include a method that works like the Color Range Selection tool in CS4 and if so when will it be available for purchase?
