Noise Reduction Action from David Marsit

Hi Richard,

I was messaging with David Marsit about his free noise reduction action and had asked him to provide you a copy for possible inclusion into a new version of the Hidden Power tools. David tells me that y'all are already working on to this end.

Any idea when this might be available for public consumption?

Thanks,

I have been coming down off a very long project, and took a little rest. I can probably have that out with the next newsletter...and with any luck that could be a few days or a week.

PLEASE, keep bugging me. Reminders work.

PS - however, keeping one thread on it is a better way to go than posting several threads...I'll see it if I come by. I deleted the other thread.

another option

If you don't want to wait, Download a free PS6 demo here:

http://www.tucows.com/preview/214261.html

and write the action yourself. Writing actions isn't hard--all you do is click on a record button, do all the steps for the correction yourself, and then click on a stop button, and the action is created for you. If you have any trouble, just consult Danny Raphael's "PhotoShop Actions—The Mother of All Tutorials" here:

http://www.atncentral.com

or post any actions questions you have here:

http://forums.dpreview.com//forums/forum.asp?forum=1006

and Danny will personally answer them in short order. If you need any help translating any PS steps into Elements, Susan S. and I (and anybody else) can help you.

You can play the action you created in Elements with the action player included in the HPAIII package.

Good luck.
