Where can I find Dynamic Image Tool installation files?

Earlier today I purchased the Hidden Power Dynamic Image Tools package from the Hidden Elements web site (http://hiddenelements.com/dynamic/). I got my confirmation from PayPal but clicked off the site before receiving any download or installation instructions. Have received no registration confirmation by email. Can anyone tell me where I might find the installation files and how registration is communicated for this product?

In the confirmation and on the site where you ordered it states that the tool will be delievered by email and that it can take up to 7 days. It takes that long because I personalize each package, and because I fill orders on saturday.
