PSE3 Hangs during startup

Hi there,

I just got my copy of the book, and eagerly installed the tools on the accompanying CD.

Now PSE doesn't load.

It shows the start-up banner, with messages about loading things and stops on the global resources messages.

My PSE3 is installed in the default c:\program files location.

I'm using Windows XP + SP2.

Any ideas?

Ignore: re-boot cleared the problem.
