| | | They just showed the picture on TV news. It looks pretty good for being that old. It's a photo of some buildings with alot of grainy noise but still very visible. It's amazing.

My wife and I visited the Museum of the Moving Image in London a few years ago. It was interesting to see that the early movie work was done in France, not Hollywood. If fact, the early westerns were filmed in Fort Lee, NJ.
I'm sure if the museum's name is correct, but it is well known.

| | | I think the first is a "heliograph", since it's basically a contact print of a drawing exposed by the sun. The second is a "photograph" as we know it. |
