Photo Stuck to Glass

Is it possible to remove a photo when it is stuck to the glass? The glass is broken and photo only stuck in spots. Thanks. Sandi

An old fashioned razor blade is your best bet!

Step away from the razor blade!

Start by scanning. Then look around the site here, I recall several articles on how you might remove it.

Re: Photo Stuck to Glass

Agree, always scan or re-photograph multiple times with multiple exposures before attempting the removal.

There are many threads discussing this... here are a few.
Glass-1
Glass-2
Glass-3

Best of luck !

Re: Photo Stuck to Glass

NEVER EVER USE A RAZOR BLADE! The only thing you can do is clean the front of the glass with a microfiber. scan thru glass rotate the image on the bed and scan each way then stack the images and let photoshop do the work.
