Please help date photo

I got a request to date these photos which is really not my area of expertise. The person did say that the photos were between glass with a paint like surface on the back side. Guesses?

Re: Please help date photo

I'd guess early 1900s. They look just a little earlier than the pictures I have of my family members taken about 1920.

Blue Dog,
Here is a good site that makes it easier to narrow down a photos age. It is based upon comparisons to other images, peoples attire, backdrops, etc. I cannot remember who first posted here on RP. But, it has been very helpful. Although based in Europe, the styles did transpose into America soon after; so, they should still be plus or minus 10 years in accuracy.
