| Using white when colorizing Hello again, When colorizing using a black and white photo do any of you have any tips for getting the white to look natural, or is there a subtle tint you add to the white that works well when colorizing? I am finding that just straight white isn't looking right or doesn't have enough contrast and was wondering if there was a trick. I am working on snow by the way. Thanks. |

| Re: Using white when colorizing Try adding a Selective Color Adj layer. Select the White channel and drag the black slider to the left. Depending on the image you might need to select the Neutrals instead of the Whites. Regards, Murray |
