Anyone else had this problem?
everytime i open a picture.
Added a screenprint

What you're seeing are slice numbers. Slicing is a capability that allows you to split an image into smaller sections so it can be downloaded and displayed more quickly for web applications.
Selecting View > Extras is one way to hide them, but that hides all Extras options, such as selection edges, grids, guides, etc.
To hide just the slice numbers, choose View > Show and uncheck Slices. You may have to uncheck it under Extra Options as well. I have read that in some cases this is a one time effect and you'll have to do it for every new document you create. Seems to work on my computer though....
Anyway, if that doesn't work launch Photoshop, but don't create a new document. Then, choose Edit > Preferences > Guides, Grid & Slices. Deselect the Show Slice Numbers check box. Then click OK.
