I recently came across this wonderful site, and I am very happy that I did. I am a press photographer that Im trying to go into portraits and more into fashion. I have shot this two great girls but I have done some retouching and not retouch their skins. Here is where you can see the work I did: http://www.shuttertalk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=2458
can anyone do something a bit better or sujest what i can do? i thought i knew photoshop but after reading some of the post in here...gosh i have a long way to go.
Thank you for your great site
take care everyone
Hi Christian, first of all welcome to RP.
The pics you've posted are a little small for anyone to do anything of any quality with. Your images are only about 400 pix high, and about 40K in size. You can post upto 100K per picture, so if you could post something a little larger it would help.
I only had a very quick look at your retouched images, and the first thing that hit me was the eyes. They were too saturated, giving them an artificial look. It may be that is what you were wishing to achieve, if not, try desaturating them a little for a more natural look.
gooosh she looks great!! i will work on what you have done and the tips on the other post.
I have a lot to learn
