new models?

Hi everyone

I recently came across this wonderful site, and I am very happy that I did. I am a press photographer that Im trying to go into portraits and more into fashion. I have shot this two great girls but I have done some retouching and not retouch their skins. Here is where you can see the work I did: http://www.shuttertalk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=2458

can anyone do something a bit better or sujest what i can do? i thought i knew photoshop but after reading some of the post in here...gosh i have a long way to go.

Hi Christian, first of all welcome to RP.

The pics you've posted are a little small for anyone to do anything of any quality with. Your images are only about 400 pix high, and about 40K in size. You can post upto 100K per picture, so if you could post something a little larger it would help.

I only had a very quick look at your retouched images, and the first thing that hit me was the eyes. They were too saturated, giving them an artificial look. It may be that is what you were wishing to achieve, if not, try desaturating them a little for a more natural look.

Agreeing with Gary that the images are a little small, here is a quick attempt. I used my usual process described here.
