Talking american nike

Hi everybody...here I have a pic I like and I 'm trying to make the same effect....there are 2 pics, one of the flag and the other of the nike....does anybody knows how to make it step by step ?

Ciao Lorenzo,

This effect is created using 'displacement maps' ... this Tutorial is, in my opinion, the best on this topic .... in particular this and this pages explain very clearly how to ....

The Save As option worked for me, thanks Flora.

Lorenzo, don't think you're going to get a clearer explanation than the link that Flora posted.
