Hi everybody...here I have a pic I like and I 'm trying to make the same effect....there are 2 pics, one of the flag and the other of the nike....does anybody knows how to make it step by step ?

This effect is created using 'displacement maps' ... this Tutorial is, in my opinion, the best on this topic .... in particular this and this pages explain very clearly how to ....
