Thanks to all for your help! tb, I'd appreciate your help on the illustrator stuff, that's very nice of you!

But it makes me wonder.... What if this was a real photo? What would you do if you got a photo so small and so pixelated?

I Just received Illustrator CS2

I placed the image in illustrator and selected autotrace and exported back to photoshop. No editing of individual pieces and used the default settings.
