How do I create realistic looking tears?

1. Add a new layer
2. Paint tears in with black (I used the tear-shaped Shape tool preset)
3. Set blending mode to Screen
4. Use the above layer style settings
5. Lower opacity to taste (I used 48%)

This also works for sweat, raindrops, etc.
