Thankyou everyone for your help. i took all your advice read and rearead past threads and this is the final product. Fixed up this one as I actually had 2 of the same photo both with the lens blur then realised I had done the one where the majority aren't smiling heheheh back to the drawing board but as this one was as bad as the other I am quite happy with the outcome what do you think what could i do to fix it more? Once again thankyou all so much for your help. Once I have done this one I am gonna see if I can try on some of your projects and see if I can get anywhere near the results you guys have!!!!!

Wow, great job everybody!!!

Hi mandacharlie,

Welcome to RP!

The cloning/healing of the palm can be clearly seen ... but I think you did a great job!!

In my opinion, there is a slight cyan cast that makes everybody's skin look a bit 'flat' and 'muddy' .... I removed that using the Curves' Set Grey Point where shown in attachment 1 ....

Thankyou to all for your help my friend was stoked. I meant to get back to you all and start helping but my puter went down (it is only 2mths old and second time it has happened had to reload all programs and operating system etc if it happens again apple reckon i should format and really start again as they may have not formatted it completely to begin with even though it is brand new, you learn something new evryday) I have just got myself a tablet which i find easier then the mouse so hopefully I can now help you all out as well

you're welcome. glad we could help.

Craig

p.s. oh, and if you do re-format, do this: format c: /u

the /u switch means unconditional. a normal format leaves just a tiny bit of data behind on purpose. it's a microsoft thing. the /u will do a TOTAL format.
